Ken started building homes in 1952. Throughout the years, Ken has designed and buildt hundreds of homes working side by side with his crews. As he ages, Ken continues to be successful in the business because of his extensive knowledge and experience, and because he has fifteen of the finest subcontractors in the area.

Ken is known throughout the community for his involvment with the Black Hills Home Builders Association and for creating balloon animals at the annual Home Show.

Ken's motto is "Better homes because we like to build".
